Kodo Urad Dal Porridge Mix (Varagu Ulundu Kanji mix):
Ingredients:
Varagu, Urid Dhal, Semolina, Fenugreek, Cumin Seeds, Pepper, Dry Ginger, and Coriander
Directions to use
Add 1:5 water ratio, and necessary salt with the kanji mix and cook in a pressure cooker up to 5 whistles and keep in sim for few minutes. If needed add water/ milk/curd and grated coconut to desired consistency.
