Varagu-Nelli Bisibelebath Mix (Kodo-Amla)
Ingredients: Kodomillet, Toordhal, Moongdal, Sambar powder, Amla powder, Cumin seeds, Curry leaves.
Directions to use
Heat oil/ghee in a pressure cooker. Add onion,1 tomato, necessary vegetables, salt, and 1 spoon of tamarind juice, and fry for a minute. Then add Kodo millet-amla bisibelebath mix with 1: 4 water ratio and cook up to 3 to 4 whistles and keep in sim for a few minutes. If needed add coriander leaves and grated coconut. Prepare the seasoning and serve hot.
