Samai Pongal Mix (Little Millet)
Ingredients:
Little millet, rice, moong dhal, cumin seeds, pepper, and curry leaves
Directions to use
Add three times of water, necessary salt, and ginger with the Pongal mix. Keep for 10 minutes and cook in pressure cooker up to 3 whistles and keep in sim for few minutes. If needed add ghee and fried cashews.
Note: Do not Rinse before using. Processed and packed hygienically
