Multigrain Chappathi Mix
Ingredients: Wheat, Kambu, Cholam, Varagu, Samai, Kuthiraivali, Thinai, Samai and Chick Peas.
Directions to use
Add the necessary amount of water and salt (if needed add some oil) with the flour and knead to a smooth dough. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 15-30minutes. Open and knead the dough once again and make into small balls. Apply dry dough and roll on both sides gently in marble or wooden base. Then cook in tawa like roti.
