Health Mix Powder – 200 G
Ingredients (Sprouted and fried):
Ragi, Kambu, Wheat, Fried Gram, Cholam and Green Gram
Directions to use
1. Drink: Mix 1spoon of health mix with little water (3-4 spoons). Then add hot milk and serve. Add necessary sugar/jaggery to taste.
2. Porridge: Mix 3-4 spoons of health mix with one cup of water (desired consistency) without lumps. Allow it to boil for five minutes. Then add sugar/jaggery with milk or salt with buttermilk/curd.
3. Sweet laddus: Mix 100g of jaggery and 50 ml of water and allow to boil for 2 minutes. Filter the syrup and add 200g of the health mix. Add a pinch of cardamom powder and if needed add fried cashews and ghee. Then mix it all and make laddus.
